The personal data provided will be processed for the development and execution of the consultation and advisory services requested and/or contracted, which may include:

 

  • Preparation of the Retainer Agreement
  • Management and Invoicing of the services provided
  • Maintaining contact to gather information and/or documentation, as well as to provide information about the consultation requested or the contracted services
  • Knowledge of the degree of satisfaction with the services received
  • Sending of electronic commercial communications, in relation to information, activities, new developments, events, articles and news relating to the firm or the legal sector, which may be of interest to you, in accordance with the nature of the consultation or service requested, provided that you do not express your wish not to receive them

The data provided, via e-mail people@moncada.legal, will be processed for the purpose of evaluating the users’ candidacy and determining their possibilities of participating in active or future selection processes, for which purpose the curriculum vitae and other information will be stored in the database of candidates.

Moncada Legal actively participates in professional social networks.
